Hello, new owner of a baby sulcata tort Walter. I have a basking lamp for him, but have not got a UVB lamp yet. Does he need a UVB lamp if I take him outside everyday for an hour or more of sunlight?

No he does not need an artificial UVB light if he gets outside every day.
