Water temp for Red Eared Sliders

Does anyone know what the water temp. should be for RES? I think mine started to hibernate so I turned the heater up. She is just a baby only a few months old.

Low to mid 70's (Fahrenheit). That will be plenty warm assuming they have a basking spot to heat up under when necessary.
