Weed ID Please

Hello, as I've pulled many dandelion, mallow and nettles from my yard, it has been taken over by some clover and these tall weeds. Can I get an ID please and an idea on if they are suitable for feeding a desert tortoise?



Also, what's this giant guy? Sprung up in a couple weeks.

That first one is horse weed, not edible, and very invasive. Pull it quickly before those seed heads open and disperse.

Don't know what the other one is.
