Every month on the same day I got my Indian star I weigh him
Last month he was 3 months old and he was 20.7 grams and 1.7 inches
Now he is 21.4 grams and he looks to be 1.8 inches!!! Wooooooooooooo he's gettin bigger!!!

But, seriously...I weigh/measure my darlings on the first of each month. Good way to see how they're coming along. :cool:

I think you should be getting a bigger monthly gain than that. How's his appetite?

I do the same thing every month with my leopard on its hatch day. It will be 3 months November 15th.

It gained 24 grams between September and October 15th. But it's a much bigger species. Glad to see yours is gaining rather than losing! It's interesting to see how much other species gain. I'd love to have a star but it's out of my price range right now.

His appetite is getting better. The first week or so he wasn't eating very much. How much of a gain is average for indian stars??
