Weights, Measurements, Names, & Pics!!!

Ok. So i was able to spend more time with my two new babies and Olly today. We came up with two names for them! TANK and GUNTHER! Tank is very active and loves to eat. Gunther is shy and were working on getting him to eat more.. Not sure why he is being so picky. Otherwise they are doing great.

I weighed and measured all three today. Here's what i got.
Tank-113grams(4oz), 3"bottom, 4" top
Gunther- 109grams(3 3/4oz), 3" bottom, almost 4" top
Olly- 84grams(3oz), 2 3/4" bottom, 3 1/2" top

Im guessing Olly is about six months and the other two about 7months..?? Does that sound right? I got Olly on 9/7/12 and was told she was 4-5months. I was told the othet two were born spring time...

Enclosure looks great. Gunther may be getting bullied and not ale to eat more or at all. The others could be intimidating him and preventing from being comfortable enough to eat. You will have probably have to separate them at some time. So just keep an eye out for bullying. It can get them sick, even death.

Thanks. No they arent bullying him that i have seen. I have been watching them almost all day. He is really shy. But as they get older they will be outside with much more room to play. How big should they be before it is safe for them to stay outside alone? I know they arent now... Lol

Just an update on weights for my lil ones!
Tank is 150grams.
Gunther is 120grams. Even not eating for 2 weeks he isnt to far behind!
Olly is 111grams.

Growing like weeds!

Safety outside depends on the enclosure. If there are adequate hiding places, shady spots, sunny spots, food availability, moisture availability, and physical obstruction preventing predator entry (even smaller things like rodents) and tortoise escape, tiny babies are safe outside. Of course, temperatures should be in an acceptable span, too.

I just thought i would update this thread it has been quite a while since i have! Here are the currents stats!
Tank- 223g, 4 3/4"
Olly- 166g, 4 1/2"
Gunther- 161g, 4 1/2"

Gunther fell way behind for awhile, but he is catching back up. He should be the same size as Tank...But the sickness left him behind! I wish i knew how old they were! I know Tank and Gunther are at least a month older then Olly. I got Olly in October and she was pretty small. I got Tank and Gunther in November.
