If I see a thread with a ton of pictures, I just grab my phone and open up the thread there. Pictures are so much easier to see on the mobile app. Thats why I love when people say "picture heavy" at the beginning of threads lol!

Awesome tort luv! I don't like opening attachments on the computer either but I'm almost always on through the app ;) it's the easiest way for this stay at home mom to check in :p

I just added some fresh moss to their enclosure yesterday. They love it. I'd never seen a Leopard burrow until recently when I re designed their chamber. It's kinda cool...

They all look great. Love the one guy trying to climb the pot, as if he is doing it in secret:D. Always love your enclosure pics too.

I mostly use ferns because the torts (mine anyway) don't eat them.
Or I'll grow some other green goodies and rotate them through but those are eaten quickly.

Are ferns safe if they do eat them ? I have some fresh grass growing in my babies enclosure but no interest yet:/ she has eaten some if I cut it and put in with other food:)

I noticed that my Leo enclosure started to smell a little like a livestock pen. Does anyone's else get that way? And I clean poop anytime I see it. And even still, was getting a little funky. I can't imagine having to churn their substrate like I did the other day if it had stuff planted in it. How often do you churn redo substrate?

My enclosure doesn't really smell.

I do mix up the coir occasionally. The plants are all left in their pots. Makes it easy ;)

Thanks tortie :)
