Wanna get some opinions.....gonna up load pics of my enclosure...please let me know what u think....do's and dont's...advice in improving and what not....little grown out from not being occupied...I put fresh sand in before my tourtise passed...

What kind of tortoise will be living in there?

I had a desert tortise but I'm looking into box turtles

I would be worried about them climbing out because of the type of wood that is.

I would cap the top all the way around and fill in any gaps and add some plants for them and leaf litter, they love it...

I have planted ice plants in the stump of the tree...and I have more wood that goes on the other logs just had to take those off to use for other reasons....was thinking about the cap making it to wear there is a wire top so that nothing can get in with them...I have three trees I planted also..

Thats cool and sounds like you have a good plan of action, if you get a chance, check out some of TerryO's threads, she has a pretty awesome enclosure for her box turtle's...
