I think anyone crazy enough to ask $279 for a 6" RF should at least have a pic of the actual animal.

They look like regular (overpriced) Northerns to me.

I know Terry K. has a few of his for sale.

So does Tyler

A couple of other options -

If you are going to pay close to $200 a tort, go the extra $20 and get some that won't take forever to reach breeding size (that is my opinion ;) )

Let me restate my post...What do you think about the colors and patterns of these Redfoots?

I don't want this to be about fairness of price or buying tortoises. Strickly looks and local.

I don't think they look like most other Northern Redfoots. Their is a lot of looks from West to East.

Here are some from Brazil and they are not all Cherryheads:

To me, older Cherries tend to look like their colors where brushed on with one large stroke. Some from the first post look that way, too and they are not Cherryheads (If you understand what I am saying, I am not talking actual color here).

I've seen pictures were the adult tortoise was said to be Bolivian and they do not look like the Northern Redfoots to me and they had coloring like a cherryhead.
