White on the plastron

Could anyone help me understand what the white is on her plastron?

Also she has been a bit constipated lately, I have been feeding her the regular greens for 3 days, then fruit for 2, then cat food thats been soaked for a while for one day for protein. Every other day I sprinkle calcium on her food and as snack when im cleaning her cage or changing the water/misting I i put in a couple small tortoise Mazuri pellets. What should I not give her and what can I give her to help with her constipation.

Yes, that is marbling. My tortoise is doing that as well. It's very cool watching it grow in.

As for her constipation, you should add a little fruit to her diet, like melon or strawberries, blueberries.
