Willies shell, any ideas

Tom, this is the only way I could get pictures to attach...
Willie had one small spot like this when we first got him. 5 or so months.. SHe is definitely growing a lot and now we have noticed there are 4 almost on all 4 corners of her shell if she were square.. Ha ha.. No scabbing or cracking just very dark and funky looking.. The last pic is the Top of her head I thought it was cool but kinda dry...
