Is this suitable for feeding leopard hatchling? Only thing he wants to eat...
It can take a while for them to adjust, once he gets more comfortable he should start eating more. You can keep offering grass, but most hatchling Leopards won't eat it. Mine started at about a year old. You could pick up some herbal tortoise hay from tortoisesupply.com, I use that a lot when weeds are scarce or I feel like my torts are being picky (which is rare for them now).Hello, thanks for answers! I have a little one just from saturday. I offered :
chick weed
dandelion
grass
rocket leaves
Broadleaf plantain
Narrow leaf plantain
Nettle
Chinese Cabbage...
eating aloe little bit (2-3 bites till now)
It was started on wet and is still wet. Temperatures around 80 all the time, basking spot 100-105. Humidity 90% Breeder told me, that that corn salad will work, because during weekend when I got him, he doesn't eat at all. When I provided corn salad, he started feeding.
