I’ve been going through my instagram feed and I’ve seen a lot of post from breeders, and all their Sulcata eggs are hatching at the same time. my eggs usually take a month for all the babies to hatch out and they take a while to come out of their eggs.
Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong ?

That would be a long conversation. Start by reading this, and then let's talk about what you might be doing differently than what is described in the thread: https://tortoiseforum.org/threads/how-to-incubate-eggs-and-start-hatchlings.124266/

Mine all hatch within a few days of each other, and the above thread is what I do. Every once in a while, I'll get a straggler that waits a few days, but certainly not a month apart.

I do all those things except adding water around the box when the first eggs pips. Do you think that might be it?

I don't think so. I suppose its possible. The first rain of the season is what prompts them to hatch and dig up out of the nest. Try it on the next clutch and see if it makes a difference.
