Mine doesn’t seem to like worms to much. I gave her one before and she never touched it, she just ate the leaves around it

So I have heard that feeding a red foot chicken or shrimp is good for the protein that they need. I just want to make sure I’m doing this right. Does the chicken or shrimp need to be raw or boiled? And are there any other meats that are good to feed them?

Is this the ceramic heat emitter your talking about ? Except yours in 150 & this picture says 100. I saw these in the store the other day but it looked like it puts off red light in the picture & I’ve heard red lights will make tortoises go blind over time.

Most of the time it doesn’t get below 40 or so at night. But some days we will have cold snaps and it will be 20-30 at night. I’m planning on bringing her inside on them 20-30 degree nights if I need too. I just don’t know the exact temperature that is to cold for them even with a heat lamp.

She was just delivered to my house and she’s already walking around her enclosure and eating a lot! Bought her from the turtle source and I’m very happy with her.
