Is there any way to transport my big sulcata from Canada to Hong Kong or Vietnam or China??? Anything helps

Cold rain like 65F outside, sully is about 40lb, He won’t get into the new box I made. Can he handle this rain?

Thanks Tom, I guess when it's raining, he will stay in the night box until the rain stops? I worried that he will get cold if its raining.

I live in Canada and planning to put my sulcata outdoor 7x24 this summer. Rains a lot recently, and might get windy, I am thinking is it necessary to put him back in when the weather is not good or its fine since he's pretty big now.
