Welcome. I do not know if the food for Sulcata's is the same as for desert tortoises. I feed ours organic kale and organic spring salad plus letting them graze in the weeds outside their enclosure. They thrive on this.

I have thought about using metal but in AZ am afraid it would get too hot and burn mouths.
