Hey! Yes she does get natural plants and flowers as well as fruits and vegetables! She doesn’t get them much (not too often or in high amounts) but we do try to include fresh and natural food in her diet. She prefers more protein (mealworms and insects) overall. We try to include flowers from...
I have had her for almost a year. She mostly eat mealworms, vegetables, fruits, and flowers. She has cypress substrate with moss and leaves. She also has a UV lamp.
My box turtle, squirtle, has been having diarrhea for a couple of weeks now but it has been getting worse in my opinion. Before her poop wasn’t too watery but now it is. She’s not pooping as much as she used to either. I have not changed her diet at all. I noticed her diarrhea got worse after...
The rainbow colored stuff is aquatic rocks which was given to me but I don’t use at all. I’m not sure about the moss and fake plants because they have never caused problems before.

Thanks 🙏🏻
Hey again,
I’m concerned about my small box turtle. My baby has been pooping quite a lot, not only that but the size of the poop is quite large. Is this normal ? Should I cut down on the food ?
Thanks 🙏🏻
This morning I was checking my baby’s water bowl to see how full and dirty it was when I noticed a blackish stain. I then grabbed a wet towel and began to scrub at it. A blueish blackish color was left on the towel but the stain was still left on the bowl. I’m not sure if it’s something like...
The temperature in it’s enclosure during the day is around 82-88F. During the night I would say around the 70sF but I’m not too sure. I have a clamp lamp UVB/UVA heat/light 💡 and normal lighting from windows and house.
