No there is a duck pond in my town that has fish & ducks & turtles in it & I had seen the hatchling swimming alone by the edge one day & caught it.

Crap well I was told to take it back but it seems to be comfortable in the tank now & he's eatting the krill. But I guess I'll have to... & the only reason I want a lower voltage is because the lamp I have only takes I think 75.
