i know you aren’t supposed to let your tortoise free roam around your house, especially if it lives in an indoor enclosure. But could you let your tortoise roam outside in the summer and then in the winter keep it in an enclosure? Would that be ok?

Also to add what I said before, what size would you recommend? What material should it be made out of? he is in a glass 40 gallon breeder enclosure right now.

do red foot tortoise temperatures and humidity have to be spot on?
