Since he is young will improving those things reverse the bumps? Is this normal for tortoises raised indoors anyway?

He's 6 and a half inches! So he still has some growing to do you would think? :-)

I got Nelson from a family friend nearly a year ago. I have no idea what a normal tortoise looks like ahah! He's 3 years old, about 6" long. Pictures below :-)

When would i consider Nelson fully grown, he's 3 now :-)

How much would a heat admitter do? Do you keep your tortoise in a table? :-)
