Since he is young will improving those things reverse the bumps? Is this normal for tortoises raised indoors anyway?

I got Nelson from a family friend nearly a year ago. I have no idea what a normal tortoise looks like ahah! He's 3 years old, about 6" long. Pictures below :-)

Okay, i've been thinking about switching to a tortoise table instead of vivarium. But i've jus been to the shop and they said forget a table because they're too hard to heat! Please can someone help me :-( i have no idea what to do and what's best for Nelson :-(

I would probably say it's dry, i'm not sure about the humidity levels. How would you recommend i keep it dry?

It's called 'tortoise life'. Pretty good stuff, some of my friends use it too and Nelson often burrows down into it:) [hr] I'm not sure about the humidity and i need to sort a hide out for him, i had a hide but he never used it so i took it out.
