I found this two story rabbit hutch on Amazon. It's insulated with styrofoam and has plastic over the wire parts. Of course the ramp need railings, but otherwise I thought this might be a pretty good option for people with smaller/young torts. What do you think...

Sorry, but I just have to say that I've never seen a pyramiding tortoise like that as the picture on something for sale. You think they would have picked a better tortoise for the box. Bad marketing. Many inexperienced people are likely to think that is okay after seeing it on packaging.
The water dishes are level with the substrate. It's just hard to tell from the picture. And they have their own shed. The "enclosure" takes up about half the space of the shed since they're still small, but the entire shed is set to their climate.
