Well my exoterra thermometer fluxuates between 93-100. I turn the lamp on before I go to work when I wake up which is about 10am and I turn it off before I go to bed which is about 11-12pm. I have anxiety so I always worry about how my little guy is doing. He's roughly 3 or 4 years old. I have his lights on one side which basking temp is about 95F and his normal side is about 75F.
