Hi, everyone. I’ll try to be brief:
-ordered live plants from swell reptile
-was told they dispatched on the 6th
-contacted as still no tracking number
-was sent confirmation of new dispatch (I guess they lost the original plants)
-the new confirmation listed LIVE ANIMAL x2 which I did not order!
-tried ringing swell reptile but no answer
-emailed but it’s already 4pm here and parcel is already en route
I guess I want to know if anyone else has had live animals sent to them by mistake, or if anyone who shops at Swell Reptile has had typos/errors on their order confirmation (which I hope this is).
If two random reptiles turn up here tomorrow before i’ve managed to get hold of anyone, what exactly am I suppose to do? I only just found out you can have animals shipped by post in the UK which seems bizarre as it is!

my mind went straight to snakes in a bag 
. In case it’s not obvious, I am a complete newbie to everything reptile!
