The easiest enclosure would probably be the one from animal plastics. But it's expensive. Other members here have have built their enclosures and put a pop-up greenhouse over them to maintain temperature and humidity. This is my enclosure
First thing don't put them together ever. Hatchlings need minimum of 4x2x2 enclosure. A Rubbermaid tote will work it will need to be closed up to maintain humidity and temperature. Temp should be 80-84° all the time and humidity above 80% all the time.

Yep cover it up real good. Humidity should come up within the hour. If it's really wet I would rotate the substrate when the humidity starts dropping off that will help dry it up a little to get rid of excess water.
I used an off brand 150 (not zoomed) in my enclosure and it only made it about 2 months. For a more even heat dispersion you might put the CHE's on either end and the light in the middle.
This is the reason everyone here or most use the terracotta saucers. And try to avoid the rocks. It's like what I imagine raising a toddler would be like, you just have to make everything over safe.
