If the humidity starts to drop off again try stirring up the substrate bottom to top there's probably a lot of water on the bottom of the enclosure.

I used the black flex seal tape to cover mine because it was wide enough to cover everything and it is less noticeable.

Close up the vents in the sides and back wall. The enclosure is not air tight even with the vents closed off, so no worries the tort will run out of air. That will help bring up and maintain humidity and heat.

Don't forget to check the Temps in the hides

First line of questions is what are your temps and humidity, also please show us pictures of your enclosure and what are you using for lighting and for heat. Also tomatoes should be fed rarely.

Yes as long as you're heater isn't over 1200w. I forgot to ask that before posting the link to the thermostat controller.

It's also good to regularly check and test the heaters to make sure the thermostats are operating properly. Also check temps with a handheld temp gun to insure temps are correct. Having a backup oil radiator heater is a good idea because if the one you have failed it would be at a time when a...
