They can but it is not reccomended. Sulcatas are very outgoing and playfull and get into mischeif. Leopards are laid back and generally dont like the games the sulcatas play. So i would reccomend keeping them seperate to avoid problems.
They are still too young to sex. But the world chelonian trust has a great section on Sexing your tortoise. Especially if you dont plan on breeding them you need to know so you dont accidently end up with eggs or hatchlings.

Yes she has been on a good diet since just before she turned a year. She gets a calcium supplement Daily. They both do. She does feel like a rock, i guess i was just worried that she was too small. I am a worry wart with my Sulcatas.

Mine have dirty mouths and if you see pictures of well fed large adults you will see most of them have "dirty" mouths too. Its because they are crushing up all their food with their beaks and some of the foods contain more moisture so it gets sticky. Nothing to worry about.
Try to stay away from the store produce as it is insufficiant in nutrition. The grasses and flowers are available at most nurserys and i buy my non coated seed special order from home depot.
It costs less per year and is much better for them.
