Hi all :D So I made some modifications to the enclosure... As you can see I put a glass in front of the enclosure in order to see better the inside of it... I use a vase just to be one more hiding area for him... Can´t wait to have the little fella ^^ however I need your help to...

Thanks for your help... :) The good thing about where I live is there's a lot dandelion, milkweed and chicory around :D So for spring and summer time I don't have any problem finding food for him, but yes I will have a look on that website :) Once again thanks :D

Yes I can do that... Like garden dirt? Doesnt that holds humidity also?

Well I dont mind doing that is just the lid was expensise thats all...

What if I put a dehumidifier near the enclosure? Do you think that will work?

First of all thanks for sharing... The problem is if I take the top, the temperature will drop too much... The substrate is moss peat. Im not doing anything about the humidity I think is from the place I live...

Hi all :) So Im having a problem with the humidity in my enclosure... Its at 70-80% and since I want a Agrionemys horsfieldii it can't be more then 60 %. So, any suggestions?

First of all thank you for the appreciation :) I miss understood... Are you talking about the plant on the "upper floor" of the enclosure? Cause that is protected by plastic so it doesn't soak the wood... The UV light is gonna be under the glass :) Thanks for the suggestions, take care. :D

I've changed my mind on the specie of the tortoise. And it has a water dish with different deeps for him to get in and out and I soak him everyday for about 15 min. The substrate has 50% of humidity. So you think I should put more substrate on the hidden part is that it?
