Arcadia D3 combined bulb gone cloudy inside

Hi I have noticed that my bulb has gone cloudy inside, it still gets hot as normal and tortie is still basking okay but wondered if the uva/b will still be working? I only bought it in October so is not very old (the bulb, not tortoise). Has anyone any experience of this?

I went yesterday and bought the arcadia d3 all in one mercury bulb and is much better. Also got some cypress to mix in the soil and some aspen for the bed. Do I still need to spray this down with water and how often? Sent from my GT-N7100 using TortForum mobile app
