    Thermostat & Heating panel confusion

    We have 2) 2 ½ yr old Sulcata Tortoises. (Sherman & Turbo) We're located in Buckeye, Az. (Up to 120° in summer, & can occasionally get down to the low 30's in winter) They still live inside, but we're putting them out during the day, until early evening, around 5:00-5:30.     Habitat thermostat for CHE

    Right….ive realised I’ve probably bought the wrong thermostat! The one I got is habitat pulse proportional- the temp range is from 26-40 degrees Celsius. I’m mainly using it for when the night temp drops.:..so was there any point in me buying one that has such a high range? I want the night time...

    Leopard Hatchling diet

    New member!! I just got a leopard tortoise and I have been feeding him squash and Zucchini leaves and softened Mazuri pellets. Should I give him more of a variety of food, maybe throw in grasses with the leaves? Also I have found I need to buy a thermostat due to the ambient temperature changing...

    Thermostat Setup Questions

    I took advantage of LLL Reptile's Black Friday sale and bought a thermostat. No more worrying that I'm cooking my girls! My biggest question is - which end of the enclosure should I put the probe in? The cool end or the basking end? The enclosure is 24"w × 36"l × 12"h.

    so I am going to set up a ceramic heat lamp and a thermostat yet i have no idea on how to do it and i also looked on youtube yet found nothing any help would be greatly appreciated
