I can't believe it's only been a week!! It feels like forever!!

I went to a fair this past weekend and found some plants that I want to put in his tank. I need to make the substrate deeper so I can put the pots right into the tank. I bought some more silk plants too. He actually moved BY HIMSELF from one end of the tank to the other! That's a big step for the little guy, since moving him in- he hasn't moved more than 5 inches!

I'm hoping to begin planting his outdoor pen this weekend!

Until then, here are pics of his new plants (in his old tank... ) and current tank with the new silk and plastic plants!

Looks very nice. Just a warning, if the plants were fertilized or treated with any chemicals, he should not be eating them. Also make sure the fertilzer is not still in the dirt, usually little round green/blue balls. The plants could be kept until next year and fed or replant in clean chemical free dirt and any new growth would be safe. Also, why won't he move?[/code]
