I started with a cool box.
But then i was reminded of the cat so i added a top.
I didn't like that the wood didn't match and i couldn't see in that will so.
Over the last few weeks its been hard keeping the temp. up and constant and the humidity wasn't above 45% ever no matter what i did.
So this morning I had my MLK day off and here is what i did.
The humidity is up to 62%, the kids have twice the area and i have 72*f in the cold end!
the top opens as well as the front. I used the same to frames with wire and have added lexan over that for the cold months. The top lexan is 2 piece so i can slide open to fine tune the temp.
In the summer ill take the lexan out and have good are flow.
After an hour trial run with the light inside to see how warm it would be i took out the divider and i added some plants.
ps: its 42" wide, 23" deep and 22" tall. The box was 9.5" tall before =-)
