208 day pip

So today I checked the incubator SEVERAL times and tonight when I got home one of the eggs that has been incubating for 208 days pipped. I have 4 more eggs that are the same age as this one so it will be interesting to see what happens with the others

Maybe you should've put some strawberry or mazuri outside his shell. That would've gotten him going!

OK so here is a pic of the 208 day pip, the yolk sac seems to be normal size after seeing it come out of the egg but it has a big air pocket in the egg. Never seen this before, posting pic

I wonder what the little guys are thinking in there at day 150 or so... "I could go out but... I like it in here..." It probably isn't until the yoke sac has been gone for a few days that some of them think "Well, I'm out of food, guess I have to leave home and find some more"
