3 year old horsfield

hello, ive just bought my first tortoise,ive got a tortoise table with uv strip light,and a heat lamp, can i use a 60 watt refecter spot light if not what do i need to buy,would love the right advice,thanks lisa,ps my little boy with sid the horsfield
