My tortoise has spent her day climbing and ended up on top of her house haha! scared she will fall down on her back so I've had to take her down from there. Just hope she doesn't do it when I'm not around! she didn't seem to happy to be taken down. She's to adventurous!

She's a real cutie. My tort Henry will routinely climb on top of his log then jump off the highest end. Scares me every time, but he seems to get a kick out of it!

I would switch the substrate out for something he could burrow into. Like plain dirt or coconut coir. Make it about 3-4 inches deep. I would also change the hide out for something with straight sides. Once they figure something out like he did, they usually will do it again. Also add some plants. Might help keep his mind off of climbing if he can do what is more natural like burrow.
