Advice on Somali Leopard Tortoise

Hi everyone!
My name is Calvin and I'm from Hong Kong. I've been lurking for a while on the forums.

I am currently considering purchasing a Somali Leopard Tortoise from a pet store. Since this is quite a big purchase I'm a little apprehensive about it. Both about the condition of the Tortoise and also if I'm getting the genuine article.

Attached below are some pictures of the tortoise in question. Would love it if you guys could share your opinion and advice!

We don't have that type here in the states, so I'm not sure that we can be of any help other than giving you general care info for leopards.
