The tail looks like a female to me. Resembles my female Greek. I am in no way shape or form an expert, though. As far as the age goes, there's really not a good way to tell unless you got your tort captive bred, from what I understand. Welcome to the forum, too :)

Probably female

As for age, that's anyone's guess. They all grow at different rates depending on diet, environment and whether wild caught or captive bred. A definitive hatch date is the only way of knowing.
