Another Sully Sexing!

Greetings! I am curious about this sulcata and the sex. He/She is about 12" scl. I have another one this size that is loud and proud about his manhood. Not so sure bout this one. Thoughts?

That's kind of what I was thinking. He/She is 4 years old (supposedly, was a rescue), his gular scutes are small too. Interesting.
