Another turtle bone question!

Are you suppose to take off the shell of the cuttlebone? I heard some people do take it off do you just take it off if they can't chew it?

Cant say 100% for a redfoot, but thats how I give it to my hatchling Sulcata and he bites right through it... If yours can't bit through it then take the shell off to make it easier...

i just take mine right out of the package and they eat it right up, my baby tortoise as well as the large one. and same with the hermit crab :p
