I’m looking for a baby Egyptian tortoise for sale? I’m looking to buy one but not spend a fortune, anyone giving one up for adoption for free or for reasonable price?

Hi Savannah! As you are in the US, I think the chances of finding a free or inexpensive Egyptian are slim. Babies would be captive bred over here and the rarity keeps the price up a bit. But there are other Mediterranean species that are much more common in the US, and although they are bigger than an Egyptian, they still stay below 7-8". I wish you luck in finding just the right tortoise for you!!

But worth posting a "wanted" ad since free.
There have been many, many tortoises found that way.
