Are these weeds okay?

Hi!

I’m in the process of building my Russian tortoise an outside enclosure. I live in Rhode Island, not sure if that information will help. I took some photos of some of the weeds and clovers in my yard and I’m hoping if anybody can tell me whether they look toxic or if they look like they’re okay for him to munch on. Any advice would be great! I’ll need to know if I need to rip them up before I set my enclosure up. Thanks!!

I think 3, 4 and 5 are ok. 3 looks like dandelion, 4 looks like maybe wild lettuce or a thistle of some kind? And 5 is clover. I'm not sure on the others, sorry. I'm not good with plants. Pretty sure #1 might be toxic. I can't remember what its called though.
If some one on here says otherwise though, follow what they say ? im an extreme newb with plants...

4. Dandelion. Safe.
5. Clover. Safe.
6. ?
7. ?

2 and 7 look to be the same plant, wild violet, which is safe.

looks like we have them all properly ID’d now, including the Wild Violet that Len just noted. I wanted to add a good website here that is updated & maintained by the University of Maryland. All the weeds you have there in RI are probably here too.
