Baby Eastern Box Turtle

This little guy was out early this morning, he is the only yellow one that I have seen all the others are dark in color. I believe he hatched out in the fall of 08 or wintered over underground and came out in the spring of 09, what ever sex it is I think it's going to be a looker as an adult. Len

Nice, Len. The Easterns are quickly becoming my favorite box turtle. I have 1.5, but none of them is very colorful. I'm particularly fond of the red ones, but I've seen pictures of yellow males that are just outta' this world!
