baby sulcata help!!!!

im just wondering is it fine to feed baby sulcata(about 3") timothy hay daily? i know most baby sulcata wont eat hay in their first couple years. but mine does, lol... what else should i feed him/her?

Yes hay is very good for tortoises it is just like you most baby torts won't eat it. You can feed it every day just not by itself. You can even grow it in the enclosure so it can graze. Or use it as substrate in a small part of the enclosure and don't moisten it if your not growing it because mold will grow easier but it won't when it is planted.

my baby sulcata love hay..
i feed him hay daily, some time i mix with small amount of greens, and sprinkle some rep-cal calcium powder to the pumpkin twice a week..
is that good for him??? im new to baby sulcata...

Well I have a Leopard but the care is pretty much the same hay grass and weeds are the best things they can eat especially when mixed. Pumpkin wont do any thing if you give a little to you sulcata once a week.
