Bad poop ( Digestion problem?)

I have noticed that the food bites from my tortoise are coming out of poop. They are not fully digested. There are few soft carrot pieces. What do you think? I went to vet 6 days ago for a normal routine checkup but this just started 3 days ago. What do you think?

What kind of tortoise? Can we see some pics of the tortoise and it’s enclosure. What are temperatures?
