Beak injury

Helloo! Yesterday I noticed a hole on my tortoises beak I have no idea what it is and how it happened I'm extremely worried as he isn't eating.

Might be an abscess that ruptured. Clean it out with sterile saline and keep him in the house so flies can't lay eggs in it
