Blood in urine

My tort is having some bleeding I believe when he pees. I just noticed a little bit when he was walking around on a light surface. Online it says it can be a whole host of things. Have him soaking in warm water now but there are no vets around here for him intil tomorrow. Any ideas??

What did he have to eat?
Is he straining at all?
Maybe @Yvonne G can help but we need more info
Species?
Size/age?
Diet?
Heat?
Humidity?
Lights?
Substrate?
