An another thing is that they might have a bacterial bloom in their gut caused by sugar since their gut biome isn't used to digesting sugar. If you have to give him blueberries, do it rarely and in small amounts. Most prefer not feeding any sugar since tortoises can get addicted on it1 or 2 maybe...but as a regular thing? NO! Tortoises (except Redfoot) cannot eat fruit as their kidney can't processthe sugar like ours can...Don't feed him any fruit as a regular thing...he won't care about missing out on fruit
