I e-mailed this person. She got the tortoise from someone who was not caring for him. She says she does not know anything about turtles/tortoises and is looking for a tortoise knowledgeable home for him. She lives on the west side, me on the east side. I do not drive on freeways so if we can find a meeting point I may adopt him.
