Bubbles in Hermann's nose

My three year old Hermann seems to have bubbles coming out of his nose every now and agin, I don't see it very often but I does seem to keep happening, his nose however doesn't seem runny at all, any idea why and what can I do to stop this if isn't not normal?

Sometimes when they are eating or drinking (or just finished eating or drinking) they can have bubbles come out of their nose. Do you notice this is when it's happening? Is he eating and acting normally?

He's acting normally apart from he seems to be sleeping a lot and today does seem interested in his food :l I'm a little worried and today it happened before he's touched any food
