bug in enclosure?

i was cleaning though the sand portion of my russians enclosure and came across four of these:

Anyone know what it is?

I don't know what they are, but I would suggest you remove the sand part altogether and switch to Coir, or Cypress mulch, or Topsoil (you can mix as small proportion of sand in, some do, some don't). Or some combination of the above :p.
Sand by itself, or in any significant amount, can cause impaction.
In the wild, they live in areas with gravelly soil, but not really pure sand.
