Looks good. I'd move the food away from the basking lamp and use another terra cotta saucer for it. Leave the flat rock under the basking lamp where it it.

One thing is concerning - the way UVB tube is mounted likely limits beam width (it's blocked from the sides by ceiling). Typical UVB fixture provides beam angle of 120 degrees but in your setup it's probably less (up to extent that only a narrow area right under the lamp has UVB exposure). If it's possible to mount the fixture directly to the ceiling from the inside, it would be better.

Also, ambient LEDs don't look very bright to me: on the second and third photos basking lamp looks brighter than ambient light and there is not much light in the corner with a fern.
